This website is operated by Capybara Shirts. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products

All products are made to order. We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device's display will reflect colors exactly. Slight variations in print placement and color are normal for made-to-order apparel and are not considered defects.

Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain errors in pricing or product information. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because items go into production shortly after purchase, we can only modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of it being placed. After that window, the order is in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details, including how we handle misprinted or defective items.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this site are the property of Capybara Shirts and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Capybara Shirts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
