At Capybara Shirts, every item is made to order especially for you. Because our apparel comes into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and sanitary reasons. All sales are final.

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

While we don't offer refunds, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right by printing a brand-new replacement and shipping it to you free of charge.

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number.
Attach clear photos showing the print issue or defect.

Once we confirm the issue, we'll produce and ship your replacement at no cost to you — no need to send anything back.

What is not covered

Ordering the wrong size or color (please check our size chart carefully before ordering)
Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Normal wear, fading, or damage caused by improper washing or care
Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
