Our Commitment to Quality
Each t-shirt is custom-made to order specifically for you, ensuring you receive a unique, high-quality product. Because our products are made-to-order, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color ordered
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches, which is within normal production tolerance)
Please carefully review your order, including size, color, and design, before completing your purchase.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we will provide a free reprint or full refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
- The issue must be due to a manufacturing error or damage during production/shipping, not customer error
What We Consider Manufacturing Defects:
- Misprinted designs
- Incorrect design printed on product
- Damaged products (tears, stains, holes)
- Significantly faded or discolored prints
- Products arriving damaged due to shipping
What We Do NOT Consider Defects:
- Minor print placement variations within 0.5 inches
- Slight color variations from what appears on your screen (monitor settings vary)
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Damage caused by improper care or washing
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at: hello@clickk.me
- Include in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
- If multiple items are affected by the same issue, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items together
- No need to return the product – There is no need to ship the damaged item back to us
Resolution Options
Once we verify the issue, we will offer:
- Free Reprint: We will produce and ship a replacement product at no cost to you
- Full Refund: We will issue a full refund for the defective product
The choice between reprint or refund is at our discretion based on the nature of the issue, though we will consider your preference.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund
Unsuccessful Delivery
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you or refusal of delivery:
- Reprint: Available with an additional shipping charge
- Partial Refund: We can issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs and production costs)
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We cannot provide refunds for orders refused due to customs charges or delays.
Size and Color Selection
Since all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you order the wrong size or color. Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
We recommend:
- Checking the size chart for accurate measurements
- Reading product descriptions for color and material information
- Contacting us with any questions before placing your order
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has begun (typically after 24 hours), orders cannot be canceled as they are already being custom-made for you.
